Heather is a 2022 graduate of the AGM Certified Retail Manager Program, and Haggin Oaks is a proud recipient of the 2025 AGM Best of the Best Top 10 Platinum Award. With a reputation for blending style, strategy, and customer care into every buying decision, Heather has helped set Haggin Oaks apart as one of the most innovative and successful golf retail operations in the country.

In this episode, Heather shares her journey in the golf retail world, from her path to becoming a senior buyer to the unique opportunities and challenges of managing one of the nation’s most recognized golf super shops.
