Todd brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in field service, customer operations, and process optimization across multiple industries, including gaming, janitorial, and industrial cleaning applications. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large, customer-focused teams spanning field technicians, autonomous deployment specialists, customer success managers, and traditional call center operations.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and passion for solving complex operational challenges, Todd has built a reputation for creating high-performing service organizations that consistently exceed customer expectations. His experience includes implementing advanced field management systems, leading Kaizen quote-to-cash initiatives, and driving operational excellence through innovation and team development.
