Opening in Tysons in early 2027, the new venue expands the brand’s presence across the Washington, D.C. region.
TYSONS, VA – Five Iron Golf, the global leader in indoor golf and entertainment, today announced plans to open a new location at Capital One Center in Tysons, Va., in early 2027. The venue will occupy approximately 17,000 square feet, including a second floor and outdoor terrace, further expanding Five Iron’s growing presence across the Washington, D.C. region. Located across from Capital One Center restaurants Ometeo and Stellina and within walking distance of the McLean Metro Station, the new venue will bring Five Iron’s signature blend of golf, hospitality and entertainment to one of the region’s premier mixed-use destinations.
Five Iron Golf combines industry-leading golf simulator technology with a full-service bar and restaurant, creating an experience that brings together golf, hospitality and entertainment under one roof.Each location is built around high-precision simulator bays, that give guests access to hundreds of world-renowned courses alongside advanced swing analysis used by everyone from first-time players to experienced golfers.
Beyond open play, Five Iron offers professional instruction, club fittings, competitive leagues and its nationwide Five Iron Tournaments platform, which connects players across the country for real-money competition. The venue is equally designed for for social occasions, including happy hours, watch parties, date nights, birthdays, and private and corporate events, with flexible simulator bays and lounge spaces that accommodate everything from a casual night out to large group gatherings. A menu of elevated bar fare, wood-fired pizzas, and specialty cocktails rounds out the experience, making Five Iron as much a social and hospitality destination as a place to play golf.
