FlingGolf Now Played at Over 1,000 Golf Courses
(BOSTON, Mass.) – FlingGolf – the sport inspired by an intersection of golf and lacrosse has now been played at more than 1,000 golf courses worldwide.
Helping attract lapsed and non-golfers to the course and increasing accessibility for all, it’s easy for younger and inexperienced people to play while providing a new challenge for avid golfers alike. “We started offering FlingGolf in spring 2015 and it’s been worth about $40,000 in revenue per year ever since then,” says Brett Mowbray, head professional at Massanutten Resort. “We typically get an extra 1,400 to 1,500 rounds each year, played by all walks of life – kids, adults and seniors.”
