foreUP Continues Annual “12 Days of Christmas” Feature Blitz

Continuing an extremely popular annual tradition, foreUP Golf Software is wrapping up an extended feature release program called “foreUP 12 Days of Christmas.” Beginning on the 13th and ending today, foreUP announced a new feature available to customers every day.

The gifts are as follows:

1. Online Bill Pay
a. Members have the option to easily pay their dues and fees online.
2. Rules for Group Booking
a. Limit how many groups and players can book a single time spot.
3. Choose the Date You Want to Close the Books
a. Schedule or post-date closing the books.
4. Requiring Reasons
a. Require employees to provide a reason for deleting a sale
5. Sales Audit Log & Report
a. View all modifications (deletions, additions, etc.) to the sales log
6. Tee Time Display Board
a. Give your golfers an at-a-glance reference for the next available tee time.
7. Blocked Tee Time Rules
a. Make chunks of tee times available only to certain groups.
8. Enhanced Marketing Image Editor
a. Easily edit images in the marketing module.
9. 2 factor authentication
a. Enhance your website’s security through texted codes.
10. Tee Sheet Search
a. Search individual players’ upcoming tee times.
11. Reports Filter
a. Use preset filters to narrow search results.
12. Customer Module Enhancements
a. A redesign of many features in the Customer module.

foreUP 12 Days of Christmas is largely driven by client feature requests. Over the course of the
year, foreUP receives thousands of feature requests, and several of the most-requested are
chosen for inclusion in the 12 Days of Christmas. The features also include other products that
have been in careful development for an extended period of time, such as the online bill pay.
