The clock is ticking on free pilot period for Pellucid’s Golf Market Research Center
Two weeks ago Pellucid announced the V1 introduction of our newest application, the Golf Market Research Center (GMRC) a multi-faceted, web portal-based facility and market performance tracking system that features comparative reporting and integrated weather adjustment. Approximately 50 facilities have already registered and input their ’20 and ’19 Rounds, Golf Revenue and Rate information to test-drive the free pilot during the no-obligation trial period which ends 4/30/21. What we’ve shared in exchange is that this “portfolio” of early adopters collectively saw rounds and golf revenue gains of ~30% and ~28% respectively in ’20 vs. ’19. Given that the national rounds increase as reported by Golf Datatech was 12% (for public facilities), it appears that we’ve initially attracted owner/operators who are always looking for better tools and feedback to drive their businesses even higher (and it shows in their comparative results).
So how do you “get in on the action” to see what your facility performance (and local market profile) looks like through the GMRC lens? Glad you asked…
- You can email jim@pellucidcorp.com, provide your facility(ies) name and address and ask for registration instructions. We’ll get you authorized as the admin for that facility and send a User’s Guide in 24-48 hours and you’ll be set
- You click below and view the 20 minute Webinar recording of the program overview and a demonstration of the portal and reports (it requires you to register with your name and email and then will open the recording)
- Or you can register to attend one of 3 scheduled general public webinars for the week of 3/29/21:
The live GtWs will have some ability for Q&A and discussion, within the bounds of understanding that you don’t know the audience in attendance so generic vs. specific course inquiries which we’ll handle offline or via email
The free, no-obligation pilot period will run until 4/30/21 at which time we’ll switch to Charter Member sign-ups (yes, fee involved going forward) and disable the non-continuing participants in the pilot. All the details on that are included in the webinars. For now, the only decisions you have to make are: “Do I want to see my facility performance through this new lens?” and “Am I willing to invest the 15-45 minutes it may take to extract the monthly rounds and golf revenue information and put it in the portal?” As they say in the Illinois Lottery commercials, “You gotta’ play to win!”
