Full Turn Custom Apparel Connects RepSpark to AIMS360 Apparel ERP, Ending Manual Order Entry

August 19, 2026

The golf and resort brand rebuilt its wholesale model on a direct API integration and has added no home-office headcount in five years.

SAN LEANDRO, Calif.— Full Turn Custom Apparel has reclaimed hundreds of hours each year and grown a high-customization apparel business without adding additional staff, the result of connecting RepSpark’s digital selling platform with the AIMS360 apparel ERP.

Before 2020, Full Turn’s sales process relied on handwritten order forms, faxed pages, and manual re-keying into its ERP. Reps sat across from buyers with physical product, fabric swatches and printed catalogs, then sent orders to the home office, where the customer service team entered them by hand.

Every order passed through multiple points of failure, and fulfillment often stalled because inventory was not confirmed. When the apparel market shifted in 2020, the company’s pre-book model no longer aligned with how customers were buying, and trade shows costing nearly $100,000 per event and expensive print catalogs no longer fit the business. Full Turn needed a digital sales channel connected to the ERP it already trusted.

The company paired RepSpark’s buyer-facing selling platform with AIMS360 through a direct API integration.

“With RepSpark, we show up to every sales conversation with a strategy. With AIMS360, we are able to deliver on that promise,” said Rollie Kileen, Vice President of Operations at Full Turn Custom Apparel. “One without the other doesn’t work, and it’s allowed our business to evolve while building trust with our buyers.”

AIMS360 serves as the operational source of truth for inventory, factory purchase orders, in-warehouse dates, costing, fulfillment, EDI, invoicing, accounts receivable, reporting and profitability.

RepSpark curates that data to allow the brand to build digital catalogs, digital assortments, Microsites and offer 24/7 online orders.

A recent AIMS360 enhancement calculates available-to-sell inventory by ship date, accounting for future-dated orders and incoming production, and RepSpark surfaces that figure live so reps and buyers see what can actually be delivered.

The measurable results have reshaped how Full Turn operates. The integration saves the team hundreds of hours annually on inventory reconciliation alone, work that once required staff to manually review order files, incoming production, and future commitments.

Five years in, Full Turn has added no home-office headcount despite a complete transformation of its business model and a rising volume of customization.

Instead of re-keying orders and chasing inventory answers, the team now spends its time on logo coloring, custom design work, and proactive customer support. Eliminating manual re-keying has also reduced order errors, and reps now open every sales call with a suggested order built on real available-to-sell inventory and the customer’s logos already on file.

The connected platforms also let Full Turn run three distinct lines of business: a year-round Evergreen Core of stocked products, a seasonal Fashion Pre-Book launched through RepSpark as time-windowed presales, and Custom Design Work for customer-specific colors, fabrics and branding programs.

Beyond core ordering, Full Turn uses RepSpark microsites to run digital trunk shows, member-guest tournament programs and regional uniform portals without needing to attend every event in person, while AIMS360 keeps fulfillment, invoicing and reporting aligned behind the scenes.

“Full Turn’s story is exactly why we built RepSpark to work hand in hand with a brand’s ERP,” said Meghann Butcher, CEO of RepSpark. “A great selling experience only holds up when the inventory and operational data behind it are accurate. By connecting RepSpark with AIMS360, Full Turn gave its reps the confidence to sell against what they can actually deliver, and the results speak for themselves. This is what modern wholesale looks like.”
