2019 Gallus Golf Positions its Technology as the HUB for All Customer Engagement
Gallus Golf is delivering its biggest year to date! The excitement centers around an Innovation First approach. This approach is set to include integrations and partnerships with many best-in-class providers. Gallus has launched the Gallus Golf Marketplace as the one stop for courses to view the potential integrations and the benefits they will bring to the courses’ operations. Beginning the integrations, Point of Sale/Tee Sheet providers will top the list. Gallus has built the capability for mobile check-in for tee times to start the feature set. These new partnerships will help courses communicate with their customers in revenue driven manners.
Further, due to these integrations, data-driven communication will become targeted and relevant. Gallus has positioned its technology to send offers and messages to specific individuals based on data mined by the course. The POS/Tee Sheet integrations will eventually allow this mining and message process to become automated. 2019 will be the delivery year for these features. With mobile check-in, courses can send notifications to their golfers for upcoming tee times. As golfers can check in a day or more before, and pay, abandoned tee times will become a thing of the past. This will also create a more dynamic golf shop experience when the golfer arrives to the course. Golf shop staff will now be able to relieve some of their focus on check-in and replace it with more meaningful conversations with customers. With this new connection to data, a Gallus is excited about their partnership with Cognistix. Cognistix is an Artificial Intelligence developer, and using their machine learning technology the two will be able to send automated offers and messages to the individual golfer. With the release of this solution in 2019, courses will be able to leverage AI to drive revenue to any operation of their facility. The course’s branded mobile app from Gallus Golf will serve as the communication hub for this technology. To continue the Innovation First mindset at Gallus, customer experience comes to the forefront. In 2015, Gallus Golf launched their Gallus Tournament Wizard. Over the initial three years Gallus has worked with its customers to refine what the needs are for the product. In the first half of 2019 Gallus Golf will be launching integrations with Vision Perfect, Golf Genius, and Golf League Tracker. These integrations will expand on the tournament and league needs of course operators, while also connecting seamlessly to their branded course app for an interactive golf experience. By integrating with Player’s 1st, Gallus Golf will complete the customer experience. Players 1st is the leading provider in golfer satisfaction feedback. Their platform designed to help your club retain and recruit players. Starting in early 2019, all Gallus partnered clubs will be able to include Player’s 1st.
