GALVIN GREEN APPOINTS FIRST FULL-TIME SALES REP IN NORTH AMERICA

Matt Leemhuis hired to cover New York Metropolitan section & Mid-Atlantic territory

Premium high-tech golf apparel brand Galvin Green has appointed Matt Leemhuis as its new sales representative in the New York Metropolitan section and Mid-Atlantic territory, as part of an effort to drive business across a key U.S. region known for its high concentration of top-100 private golf and country clubs.

Leemhuis, who becomes the brand’s first full time sales representative in the U.S., brings more than 13 years of sales experience to the role. The last 11 of these were spent with Nike Golf, where he managed top green grass and strategic regional accounts before working with the Jordan Brand and most recently, in footwear and accessories sales.

An avid sportsman who played Division 1 football at the University of Virginia, Leemhuis will meet with retailers to present the latest responsibly sourced golf apparel lines offering superior performance demanded by serious golfers, as well as presenting key brand storylines and sales initiatives designed to drive sell-through.
