Evian-les-Bains, France– In just her 5th start with the Garsen Quad Tour putter grip, the native Canadian drained an 8 foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole for a 1 shot victory at The Evian Championship. Since putting the Garsen Quad Tour in play earlier this year, the winner has now captured 2 titles including her second major championship. Adding to the 2016 British Open, this is the second major for Garsen and 54th tour win.
As the most popular selling grip in the Garsen line up, the Quad Tour features a unique trapezoid shape which turns the elbows in towards the body and sets the shoulders back. This model is available in a tapered and non tapered version as well as a pistol style.
Garsen Golf Founder and CEO Bernerd Garsen on the major victory. “To see her win two LPGA tournaments — the Amundi Evian Championship and the Shop Rite Classic — within several weeks of starting to use the Garsen Quad Tour Putter Grip, is exciting and significant for Garsen Golf, proving the innovation and rapid effectiveness of my putter grip designs,”
