Murphy to Host Selected Signature Departures, GreenGolfBall’s New Collection of Guaranteed Golf Tours Across Ireland
(DUBLIN) – GreenGolfBall today announced that Gary Murphy has joined the company as Brand Ambassador, representing the brand globally both on and off the course. A former European Tour professional and current Legends Tour player, Murphy is one of the most recognizable voices in Irish golf, and will personally host selected Signature Departures, GreenGolfBall’s newly launched series of pre-confirmed golf tours across Ireland.
Signature Departures are limited to small groups of just 16 like-minded golfers, and remove the uncertainty that has always come with planning golf travel, offering a straightforward way to play some of Ireland’s most sought-after links courses. The first Gary Murphy-hosted Signature Departure will take place from August 28 to September 4, 2027, exploring Ireland’s spectacular West and Northwest regions. Limited to just 16 guests, the tour will showcase some of the country’s most celebrated links courses, with Murphy hosting throughout the journey.
Hosting personally, Murphy offers guests insight gained from a career spent competing at the highest level of the game. Alongside championship golf, guests will enjoy stories from Murphy’s career, informal coaching, strategic course insights and local knowledge that brings each destination to life.
