ATLANTA, GA – The Georgia PGA is proud to unveil the official tournament logo for The Drew, the premier 18-hole tournament honoring the late Drew Dunn, PGA, to be held at East Lake Golf Club on Monday, November 3, 2025. This exclusive event, open to Georgia PGA Class-A Member Professionals, celebrates Drew’s remarkable journey and the profound impact he made on the Georgia golf community.

The newly unveiled logo, which incorporates design elements inspired by East Lake Golf Club and Drew’s legacy of service and competitive spirit, will be used in all tournament branding moving forward. The logo launch further cements The Drew as a permanent and prestigious addition to the Georgia PGA calendar.

In conjunction with the logo launch, the Georgia PGA and PGA REACH Georgia are proud to announce the establishment of “The Drew Grant” – a fund designed to support the professional development of aspiring Georgia PGA Professionals. In Drew’s honor, the grant will provide annual financial assistance to help aspiring PGA Professionals towards their journeys of becoming Class-A PGA Member Professionals.

“Today, we take another step in preserving Drew’s legacy by not only revealing the tournament’s official identity, but by launching a grant that reflects his lifelong commitment to competition, mentorship, growth, and the golf profession,” said Scott Geary, Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia PGA. “The Drew Grant will ensure that Drew’s spirit of lifting others up lives on for generations of PGA Professionals to come.”

The inaugural tournament will feature the top 72 players from the 2025 Georgia PGA tournament points list, competing in an 18-hole stroke play competition followed by a winner-take-all playoff for the top finishers. The champion will receive a $50,000 prize – the largest individual payout in Georgia PGA history – thanks to the generous support of PGA REACH Georgia Foundation Board Member and longtime Georgia PGA supporter, Philip Jones.

As previously announced, a special kickoff event will be held on the evening of Sunday, November 2, 2025, to welcome participants and stakeholders and to celebrate the life and legacy of Drew Dunn, PGA. Volunteers and donors/sponsors are encouraged to reach out if interested in being a part of the event.
