Findings offer valuable insights into the experiences of more than 1,600 private club employees.
West Palm Beach, FL – GGA Partners, an international consulting firm and trusted advisor to many of the world’s most successful golf courses, private clubs, resorts, and residential communities, announced the release of its inaugural Club Employees’ Perspectives research.
The research is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to understanding the club industry and offering valuable insights for club leaders. The findings reflect feedback from over 1,600 employees and highlight what makes private clubs an attractive workplace.
The Club Employees’ Perspective research focused on delivering three critical insights for use by private club leaders, including:
- How to drive employee retention by understanding the six key factors to employee experience,
- Establishing industry benchmarks associated with loyalty, satisfaction, and overall employee engagement, and
- How clubs outperform other career opportunities.
“Employees are critical to the success of any organization, and particularly, for private clubs,” commented Michael Gregory, a GGA managing partner and director. “Understanding the who, what and why these key stakeholders chose to pursue employment at private clubs provides valuable information that can assist in hiring and retention efforts.”
The Club Employees’ Perspective Research is the fourth leg of GGA’s Perspective Research series, complementing efforts to provide insights from club leaders, directors, and members. Each report is available to private club leaders, directors and industry organizations at www.ggapartners.com.
