CINCINNATI, OH – Haversham & Baker Expeditions recently surpassed 50 episodes of its Golf and the Good Life podcast. What started as a thoughtful experiment has grown into a trusted resource for golfers heading to the iconic courses of Scotland, Ireland, and England.
“When we started this podcast, we had no idea what to expect or if anyone would tune in,” said Connor Evers, co-host and H&B Expedition Planning Manager. “To see hundreds of subscribers spend thousands of hours with us, exploring the great golf destinations across the pond, has been both surprising and incredibly rewarding.”
Since its launch, Golf and the Good Life has carved a unique niche in the world of golf travel by offering expert insights and practical advice to ensure listeners enjoy every moment of their journey, regardless of whether they travel with Haversham & Baker or not.
“As the saying goes, ‘a rising tide lifts all boats,’” said co-host D.J. Jones. “When golfers are well-prepared, they enjoy better trips and return home eager to share their incredible experiences. That ripple effect benefits not just H&B or our listeners but, in its own way, the entire golf travel industry.”
The podcast recently expanded its content to include interviews with key figures in golf travel. Its first guest, Ru Macdonald, shared his insight from Cruden Bay, while the 50th episode featured Jeremy Matte of Cabot Highlands discussing the highly anticipated debut of their second course, Old Petty. With more interviews planned, the show promises to deliver fresh perspectives and valuable insight for its growing audience.
“The best part of reaching this milestone isn’t just the numbers,” added Evers. “It’s hearing from listeners who tell us they’ve applied what they’ve learned and it helped to have a better trip. That kind of feedback motivates us to keep going.”
As Golf and the Good Life celebrates this milestone, Haversham & Baker remains committed to helping golfers navigate the game’s greatest destinations. Whether it’s offering advice, sharing stories, or interviewing industry leaders, the podcast continues to serve golfers in pursuit of their memories that last a lifetime.
Golf and the Good Life is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and the H&B podcast page.
