The world-renown GOLF HERITAGE SOCIETY (GHS) will add to the synergy of the 2024 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show, as a returning exhibitor on January 31 – Feb 1, 2024, at the Phoenix Convention Center (Phoenix, AZ).
Once again, the GHS will attract those who relish the History of the Game— from golf historians and collectors to golf industry connectors, as they converge at the GHS trade show exhibit booth #34.
“This is our third year participating in the GCSAA show and we view it at as a trifecta year,” said GHS President/Executive Director Bill Robertson. “Our goal for the 2024 show is threefold, it’s a platform for our GHS members to connect, an opportunity for us to welcome new members, and a venue to elevate our role and significance in the sphere of Golf, spanning from an appreciation for the rich history of yesteryear to the bright future that awaits us in Golf.”
Members of the Society who’ll be part of the show’s welcoming and networking team include Mel Lucas, Jr. (Past President of GHS and GCSAA), Dr. Bernard “Bern” Bernacki (Past President), Glenn Haueisen (Secretary), and Taba Dale (Region 9 Director).
“It has been 37 years since the GCSAA show was held in Phoenix, and as an Arizonian and GHS member I couldn’t be more excited,” shared GHS Regional Director Taba Dale. “This is the ideal venue for GHS members to gather, enjoy the camaraderie, delve into Golf’s incredible history while welcoming new members and sponsors to the Society.”
The GCSAA Conference and Trade Show (which is the largest event in the turfgrass management industry) is expected to attract more than 11,000 attendees, traveling in from all over the globe and representing all aspects of the golf industry.
