GOLF KINGDOM TV SHOW APP LAUNCHED BY FORMER TOUR PRO AND TOP COACH

HARTFORD  – SwingU, the golf technology and media company, announced today that Rob Strano, founder of Strano Golf Academy at Kelly Plantation Golf Club, Destin, Florida, has launched the Golf Kingdom TV Show app in partnership with SwingU Academies.

Rob played professionally for 15 years on the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour and Hooters Tour, winning five times. He coaches players of all levels including several Tour pros playing on the PGA Tour and mini-tours as well as the top boys and girls high school players in the panhandle of Florida. Rob has been named Top-50 Youth Golf Instructor by U.S. Kids Golf numerous times his nationally recognized junior golf program produces numerous tournament winners throughout the year. Additionally, Rob is widely considered one of the top putting instructors in the country.

The Golf Kingdom TV Show app will provide students with an engaging, academy-like experience including a forum where students and Rob will share videos, stories and interact on everything in golf. For a monthly or annual fee, students will gain access to golf’s #1 instruction variety show hosted by Rob, which brings you creative and entertaining segments to improve all parts of your game, an on-demand library where Rob provides in-depth drills and instruction to help improve your game on the go. Students will also get a swing locker for filming and saving swings, access to in-person lesson booking as well as other discounts and features that will be valuable as students take their golf games to the next level.

Rob is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, where he grew up at the same country club as 1968 Masters Champion Bob Goalby and touring professionals Jay and Jerry Haas and Frank Connor. He began playing golf at the age of six and reached the highest levels of the game. Aside from his work at the Strano Golf Academy, Rob developed a national deaf youth instruction program in 2003 and he currently travels the country teaching deaf children how to play golf in sign language at PGA and LPGA Tour events.
