Golf Life Navigators Names Karen Fleming and Fred Alter
as Regional Sales Representatives in the Carolinas
Innovative company taps duo to further grow the increasing number of its Showcase Clubs in the Sun Belt
Golf Life Navigators has named Karen Fleming and Fred Alter as new regional sales representatives in the Carolinas, where the pioneering company expanded its business operations at the start of the year.
Fleming is the Low Country Sales Representative for Golf Life Navigators, overseeing the coastal areas of both North Carolina and South Carolina. Previously, she was Director of Membership for 10 years at Sea Pines Country Club on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Alter, head of Business Development for the mountain areas of western North Carolina and the upstate of South Carolina, brings to Golf Life Navigators more than 25 years of experience selling luxury residential real estate in Naples, Florida.
Both are responsible for developing relationships and securing Golf Life Navigators’ Showcase Club agreements with private clubs throughout the Carolinas.

Those that elect to become a Showcase Club receive qualified leads derived from Golf Life Navigators’ proprietary ProGuide³, which produces up to six best-matched clubs for any individual who completes the free, online questionnaire. To date, more than 6,000 golfers have completed a ProGuide³, leading to more than 22,000 best-matched clubs.
The ProGuide³, which takes less than 10 minutes to complete, asks avid golfers a series of online questions related to making one of life’s major decisions – questions ranging from golfing habits to social expectations to budget to real estate to club culture.

Founded in the summer of 2014, Golf Life Navigators initially served the state of Florida until this January, when its automated ProGuide³ proved to Becker and other company leaders that the time had come to expand to the Carolinas and Arizona.
