THE LODGE OF FOUR SEASONS PARTNERS WITH GOLF MADE SIMPLE GOLF SCHOOL
Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri (May 9, 2019) – The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri has partnered with Golf Made Simple, a destination golf school that aims to improve its students’ golf swings, to be the official golf school of the award-winning resort. Three-day Golf Made Simple Schools are already underway at The Lodge of Four Seasons and will continue throughout the summer.
Golf Made Simple specializes in three-day golf schools and operates 13 locations across the United States and in Europe. Golf Made Simple has been lauded as one of the best golf schools in America by Men’s Journal Magazine and has been shown to improve the game of 92% of its students by 6 to 11 strokes. Founded in 1999 by PGA professional Marc Solomon, Golf Made Simple achieves its excellent record by working with each pupil on their personalized swing. Each class has no more than four golfers and all Golf Made Simple instructors have passed the PGA of America’s Playing Ability Test (PAT) and are experienced professionals in the PGA’s Professional Golf Management Program or graduated from The Golf Academy of America.
“We’re excited to partner with Golf Made Simple at The Lodge of Four Seasons,” said Jim Cleary, chief operating officer, Lodge of Four Seasons. “In a typical golf school, golfers are overloaded with complicated golf swing information. Golf Made Simple instructors simplify the process by incorporating easy to understand drills so that golfers can ‘feel’ their swing and see results quickly.”
The Golf Made Simple program begins before a golfer arrives at The Lodge of Four Seasons. At sign-up, the golfer fills out a Personalized Registration Evaluation so the instructor knows details and goals of the golfer before they set foot on the practice range. A typical Golf Made Simple class day includes three hours on the practice range, lunch in the clubhouse, another hour on the practice range, followed by six holes of on-course instruction. The class day ends with a 30 minute “chalk talk” review of the day.
“I’m thrilled to bring the Golf Made Simple program to the Lake of the Ozarks,” said Marc Solomon. “The Lodge of Four Seasons’ practice facilities are outstanding and its two golf courses are incredible, making it an ideal environment for Golf Made Simple’s golf schools.”
The Lodge of Four Seasons is professionally managed by Troon, the leader in club management, development, and marketing. Golf Made Simple operates golf schools at five Troon-managed properties across the United States.
