Distinguished honor presented to acclaimed Jupiter Hills Director of Instruction and GolfForever Advisory Board member at the 2025 PGA Show
Aspen, Colorado — GolfForever, the Official Golf Fitness System of the PGA TOUR and leading at-home golf training system that helps golfers play without limits, congratulates renowned instructor and GolfForever Advisory Board member Jason Baile on being named the PGA of America’s 2025 Teacher and Coach of the Year based on his outstanding services as a golf teacher, innovator, and coach.
Baile, who was already a well-decorated instructor by his peers and PGA of America leadership before receiving this national honor, has earned several South Florida PGA Section awards, including Southeast Chapter PGA Professional Development Award (2023), Southeast Chapter Teacher of the Year (2022) and the South Florida Section Teacher of the Year (2022). Additionally, he received the Carolinas Section PGA Teacher of the Year (2018) and the Carolinas PGA Low Country Chapter Teacher of the Year (2016, 2018).
“It’s truly incredible to be a part of a list that includes some of the greatest teachers of all time like Harvey Penick, Jim McLean, Cameron McCormick, Mark Blackburn, and even some I have been fortunate to call mentors, like Jack Lumpkin. I’m very fortunate to have had great influences and leaders in my career, and to be mentioned alongside them is an unbelievable honor,” said Baile, the Director of Instruction at Jupiter Hills Club in Tequesta, FL, and a perennial staple on GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 Teachers in America and Golf Digest’s “Best in State” Teachers lists. “I hope to use this platform to help other coaches, and help some younger coaches not have to go through as many trials and tribulations as I did to get to this point. I would love for that to be part of my legacy and my gift back to the game and coaching profession.”
The PGA of America annually recognizes 13 award recipients for their extraordinary accomplishments and efforts within the golf industry, standing out among more than 30,000 PGA of America Golf Professionals. This year’s awards were presented on January 22 at the 72nd PGA Show at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
“Our 2025 PGA of America Award honorees embody the transformative influence of our Association on the golf industry,” said PGA of America President Don Rea Jr., PGA Master Professional and Owner/Operator of Augusta Ranch Golf Club (Arizona). “These 13 remarkable recipients have devoted their careers to advancing this game we all love and have each made an incredible impact on their local communities. It’s an honor to shine a light on their careers and accomplishments this year.”
The next day, Baile hosted a presentation called “The Importance of the Body in Instruction” at the PGA Show. His dynamic talk educated instructors on the mesh points between golf instruction and golf fitness, including how any coach can use GolfForever to assess a student’s physical capabilities and immediately improve swing movement patterns on the lesson tee.
Baile, coach to players of all skill levels, including players from the PGA, LPGA, Champions, and Americas Tours such as Lucas Glover, Hank Lebioda, Peter Uihlein, Bud Cauley, Hayden Buckley and Ryan Gerard, sees GolfForever playing a vital role in the way golf lessons should – and will, in the future – be conducted. GolfForever’s proven golf-specific exercise platform provides the ideal pathway for instructors to become more effective in their lessons to help golfers learn proper movement patterns for significantly better play by training their bodies off the course.
“The passion Jason Baile shows for helping golfers improve as well as guiding other coaches to hone their craft is truly inspiring and infectious to be around,” said Jon Levy, GolfForever’s VP of Communications & Strategic Partnerships, who participated in the PGA Show educational session with Baile. “His award is very much deserved and personifies the pride we have in our partnership with him. As it has on the world of golf as a whole, Jason’s influence on GolfForever has only begun and we’re thrilled about the amazing collaboration ahead.”
Baile is playing an integral role in shaping how GolfForever impacts the world of golf instruction, including GolfForever’s CoachConnect – a dedicated part of the GolfForever app available to GolfForever Certified Coaches that serves as their and movement virtual teaching assistant. Access to this tool includes an easy-to-follow, three-hour online certification program that teaches golf instructors how to identify key physical limitations in their students’ bodies through GolfForever’s 5-Minute Assessment, then use CoachConnect to prescribe personalized exercises and drills to target those deficiencies. Coaches additionally learn basic knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics as it relates to golf and the swing.
