Key product developments include a new Booking Map for golf simulator facilities and driving ranges, a new Camps module, and the launch of a points-based credit system
The company continues to strengthen its international footprint, welcoming leading golf clubs across Spain, Portugal, Mexico and the UK
Golfmanager, the all-in-one golf management software designed to fully digitalise the day-to-day operations of golf clubs, closed the first half of 2026 with the most intensive period of product innovation in the company’s history.
The company rolled out more than 175 new developments and product enhancements while further consolidating its international growth through the addition of new golf clubs, strategic industry partnerships and recognition from across the sports sector.
Six Months of Continuous Development Across the Platform
Golfmanager’s engineering team has introduced enhancements across every area of the platform, with a strong focus on streamlining day-to-day club operations and improving the golfer experience. Among the most significant new features are:
- Automatic Tee Time Availability Based on Sunrise and Sunset: the system automatically adjusts each day’s opening hours and booking availability according to the exact local sunrise and sunset times.
- The Launch of the Flex Points Credit System: a new module that enables clubs to create a closed-loop ecosystem of products, packages, and credits using points rather than conventional currency.
- An AI-Powered Email Template Assistant: designed to enable users to create and edit email templates using natural-language prompts, making communications management faster and more intuitive.
- Monthly Calendar View for Tee Time Selection: a new display option within the golfer-facing web portal that provides an at-a-glance overview of tee time availability across an entire month.
- A New Booking Map for Golf Simulators and Driving Ranges: golfers can select specific bays, areas or resources by navigating and interacting directly with a graphical map of the facility.
- A New Camps Module: providing clubs with a centralised, end-to-end solution for managing camp weeks, participant registration, automatic resource blocking and payment collection.
- Bulk Generation of Joining Fees When Creating Subscriptions at the Point of Sale: when enabled, the system automatically generates all scheduled fees falling within the selected date range.
This pace of product development is underpinned by Golfmanager’s customer-led approach, with new releases and enhancements responding directly to the operational requirements of golf club managers and the evolving expectations of golfers.
International Growth and Recognition From the Sports Industry
Beyond product development, the first half of the year has also been marked by a series of significant strategic milestones.
In January, Golfmanager announced that it had joined the Spanish Golf Courses Association (Asociación Española de Campos de Golf) as a sponsor, enabling the company to attend the Association’s annual congress in La Toja, Galicia, for the first time in its history.
In April, Golfmanager received the 2026 Diffusion Sport Award for Digitalisation, recognising the company’s role as a driver of technological transformation within the golf industry. The award was presented at a ceremony attended by more than 180 executives from across the sports sector.
In May, the company acquired SmartPanel, a Business Intelligence and CRM platform, and appointed Antonio Conde as its new Managing Director for Spain, to take data analytics and data-driven golf course management to the next level.
That same month, Golfmanager renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing its position as one of the most security-focused software platforms in the golf industry.
The company has also maintained strong commercial momentum throughout the period. In Spain, Golfmanager welcomed some new clubs to its platform, including Club Golf d’Aro Mas Nou, Torremirona Golf Club, Vall d’Or Golf, Golf Son Parc Menorca and Golf Ibiza. All have migrated from legacy golf management systems, with several additional new customers yet to be announced.
In Portugal, Golfmanager has further strengthened its market position with the addition of Monte Rei Golf & Country Club, one of Europe’s most highly regarded golf destinations, alongside other clubs.
Beyond the Iberian Peninsula, Golfmanager continues to gain significant traction in the UK, where the market has responded strongly to its technology. Royal Norwich is among the clubs that have chosen Golfmanager, with the company’s platform now used by more than 25 golf clubs across the country.
Further afield, Mexico continues to represent a growing market within Golfmanager’s international portfolio. The company has added several prominent clubs, including San Francisco Country Club, Paraíso del Mar, Club de Golf El Copal, Club de Golf Xalapa and Club de Golf Hacienda de León, among others.
More recently, Golfmanager announced that it had become an Official Software Provider of the National Golf Course Owners Association Canada (NGCOA Canada), the country’s largest golf course association, representing more than 1,500 golf facilities nationwide.
“The growth we have experienced during the first half of the year is no coincidence. It is the result of our relentless pursuit of excellence across every aspect of the platform and the commitment of an international team that is giving its all to make Golfmanager the technology of choice for many more clubs. Most importantly, we are helping those clubs operate more efficiently and improve their bottom line,” said Daniel Sillari, co-CEO and co-founder of Golfmanager.
