STAMFORD, Conn. – NBC Sports and Good Good Golf are partnering to present the inaugural Good Good Desert Open presented by Golf Galaxy from Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, Ariz., live exclusively on Peacock at 10:15 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
The Good Good Desert Open begins live at 9 p.m. ET on Good Good Golf’s YouTube channel before live coverage transitions exclusively to Peacock at 10:15 p.m. ET for the second half of the 14-hole event.
The one-of-a-kind livestreamed event gives fans the chance to watch the Good Good Golf crew compete under the lights with golf content creators, personalities, and athletes in a two-person scramble format.
The 50-player field is expected to feature Good Good Golf’s Garrett Clark, Stephen Castaneda, and Matt Scharff, Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL player Johnny Manziel, gaming personality Nadeshot, professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler, PGA Professional and 2023 PGA Championship top-15 finisher Michael Block, PGA TOUR winner Wesley Bryan, and more.
NBC Sports’ George Savaricas will call the event, alongside former professional golfer Andres Gonzales (analyst), and on-course reporters golf personality Blair O’Neal and Barstool Sports’ Sam “Riggs” Bozoian and Francis Ellis.
Live coverage of the Good Good Desert Open includes mic’d-up golfers, golf cart cams, drone footage, and more.
NBC Sports’ golf coverage next week from February 8-11 includes the 2024 WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale across NBC, GOLF Channel, and Peacock and the DP World Tour Commercial Bank Qatar Master.
