Loveland, OH – Heritage Golf Group, the fastest-growing owner and operator of golf and country clubs in the US, has acquired Oasis Golf Club and Conference Center, located in Loveland, OH, just outside Cincinnati. Terms are not disclosed.
Heritage Golf Group’s portfolio now includes 36 well-located private country clubs, high-end daily-fee, and resort courses in the eastern, central, and Rocky Mountain regions of the US. The addition of Oasis Golf Club is its first in Ohio.
“We’re excited for the opportunity to enter the Ohio market as we continue to expand our national footprint, aligning with our commitment to excellence within the Heritage Plus network. We look forward to the opportunity to enhance the member experience at the club,” said Eric Boberg, Senior Vice President of Operations, Heritage Golf Group.
The Oasis Golf Club, a links-style, par 72, 18-hole championship course designed by Arnold Palmer in 1998, spans 6,921 yards from the back tees. The course features extensive heather and 53 bunkers, along with six lakes, including a 17-acre lake surrounding the final three holes, aptly named “Arnie’s Revenge.” Featuring bent grass greens and fairways, the course creates a challenging yet rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels, including a set of family tees for novice golfers. The club offers practice facilities including a driving range, short game area, and a large putting green.
A 17,000 square foot clubhouse features multiple dining options, including casual and formal dining areas, as well as a veranda overlooking the golf course. It houses a 38,000 square foot conference center with three ballrooms capable of accommodating over 1,000 guests for private events. Additionally, there is a bridal suite available. Other amenities include a Junior Olympic heated swimming pool with a separate children’s pool and a full-service snack bar. The club also provides men’s and women’s locker rooms.
The Heritage team, with extensive proficiency in golf club operations, continues to elevate the member experience through transforming and improving amenities, operations, and programming at recently acquired clubs. The expanding network further bolsters the value of being a Heritage Plus Network member which is exclusively for golf members at the collection of Heritage Golf Group clubs.
