Vallejo, Calif. – Hiddenbrooke Golf Club in Vallejo, California has been purchased by McGrath Properties, Inc., an Oakland-based real estate investment and development company. Troon Golf, the resort and daily-fee club operations division of Troon, will continue managing the golf, agronomy, food and beverage and event operations at Hiddenbrooke just as the company has since March of 2017.
Founded in 1996 by Terrence McGrath, McGrath Properties, Inc. owns and operates properties with an emphasis in the East Bay and has a diversified portfolio that includes mixed-use, residential, retail, office and industrial buildings, parking facilities and undeveloped land. Hiddenbrooke Golf Club is the first golf property in the company’s portfolio.
