Raleigh, NC—North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces their next Educational Roundtable workshop for Golf Professionals who are interested in growing and improving their Ladies Golf Programs.
This workshop “How to Create an Unstoppable Ladies Program” will feature special guest Ross Kukula, PGA who is the Director of Instruction at Arrowhead Golf Club in Portland, OR.
Kukula became an Operation 36 coach in December of 2020, and reported that his programs began small, then experienced exponential growth! He currently has nearly 90 active golfers in his Academies, and has created 62 beginner golfers. Kukula said, “Our experience with Operation 36 has been nothing but success. Our Ladies Academy has become an amazing social and learning experience.”
Kukula will share his strategies for energizing and growing a wildly successful Ladies Program at Arrowhead Golf Club.
Golf coaches are invited to join this free workshop. It will be hosted online, on Thursday, April 28th at 12:00 p.m. EDT. This workshop is designed to provide strategies that will be useful to all golf professionals, even those who are not currently in an Operation 36 program location.
About Operation 36
Operation 36 is a Division of Golf Genius and is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. All new players begin on the course, and instead of starting at the tee box, they play from 25 yards away from the hole. Once the player shoots par (36) from 25 yards, they back up to 50 yards, and so on, until they are shooting even par (36) from the full tee box. Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform. The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
