Raleigh, NC—North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces that they are hosting a webinar for Golf Professionals on Tuesday, March 21, 2023

Back by popular demand,  “How to Run Operation 36 and PGA Junior League Together” will be hosted by Operation 36 Co-founder, Ryan Dailey, PGA, and Frank Maynard, PGA, of PGA Junior League. The webinar training will share the best strategies to use these complementary programs. Golf professionals will learn how to use both programs to fully develop their Junior Golfers. This workshop helps to answer the frequently asked question, “How can coaches run both programs?”

For years, Operation 36 corporate academies have included a PGA Junior League component, so the coaches have first hand experience with integrating both for a strong Junior Development program.

Operation 36 Co-founder, Ryan Dailey said, “We have seen the benefit of incorporating PGA Junior League for our intermediate to experienced golfers with our academies. It allows us to communicate clearly with the parents that PGA Junior League is step 2.  After you’ve learned to play the game with Operation 36 and advanced to at least Level 3, this will lead to a wonderful experience for everyone (parents, players, coaches) in PGA Junior League.”

The workshop for golf professionals will be hosted online, on Tuesday March 21st at 10:00 a.m. ET.  Space is limited, and all golf professionals who are  interested may grab their seat to this free training through this free registration here.

About Operation 36

Operation 36 is a Division of Golf Genius and is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. All new players begin on the course, and instead of starting at the tee box, they play from 25 yards away from the hole. Once the player shoots par (36) from 25 yards, they back up to 50 yards, and so on, until they are shooting even par (36) from the full tee box.  Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform. The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
