How to Warm Up Before a Round of Golf

It’s a beautiful day on the golf course, and you have everything you need to succeed, with plenty of time left to warm up. But how do we warm up properly? Well, that’s what we’re gonna talk about today in our video. Brian Hughes, PGA Master Professional in Instruction and Golf Program Director at Keiser University College of Golf, demonstrates some ways you can warm up before your golf game.

 

Warming up properly before we play is a big part of getting ready to play your best when you get started. So, I think it’s a good idea, just like an old car. Let’s warm it up a little slower. Okay, so first club you should take outta your bag is usually your heaviest sand wedge. Okay? So, when you get to the range. And you’ve hopefully done some stretching already because that’s obviously important. Playing your best golf is making sure this piece of equipment’s warmed up good.”
