Indianwood Golf & Country Club Renovations Highlighted by New Restaurant

The Outpost Bar & Grille Solidifies Reputation of Club as Community Gathering Place

(INDIANTOWN, Fla.) – Indianwood Golf & Country Club – the fun and challenging Ted McAnlis-designed golf course located 30 min. northwest of Palm Beach Gardens and near Lake Okeechobee – recently celebrated the opening of their new Outpost Bar & Grille on July 3.

Indianwood is in the process of a club face lift, highlighted by a 5,000-square foot clubhouse that houses The Outpost Bar & Grille, as well as an 1,800-square foot pro shop set to open this fall.

The eatery serves home style comfort food, burgers, sandwiches, salads and house made signature sides and dishes. Lunch and dinner are served daily with breakfast on Sundays. In addition, The Outpost Bar & Grille is the only establishment in town with a full liquor bar.

“We look forward to enhancing our reputation as a community gathering place,” says Ron Carr, Indianwood co-op board president. “With a welcoming atmosphere and great food, our new restaurant is ideal for business lunches, date nights and family dinners, in addition to a quick bite before or after a round of golf.”

Opened in 1984, Indianwood offers active individuals a coveted country club lifestyle at an affordable price. The 18-hole, par-70 course measures 5964 yards from the longest tees and features five sets of tees for all skill levels.

“We are honored to be a part of the club’s renovation and believe this new restaurant will be a game-changer for Indianwood,” says David Evangelista, regional director of marketing for Billy Casper Golf. “With a modernized pro shop coming online this fall, the golf club has a bright future in this community.”

In 2019, Billy Casper Golf celebrates its 30th anniversary in building and refining the strongest operating platform in golf. BCG manages 21 courses across the Sunshine State.
