LAKE MARY, FL – The International Network of Golf (ING), a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting the media and the golf industry since 1990, is excited to announce a special membership offer for new media members. This limited-time offer includes an extended membership period, exclusive benefits, and a chance to participate in the renowned ING Media Awards program.
- Special Membership Offer for New Media Members: For a limited time, new media members can join ING for just $75, covering the period from September 2024 through December 2025. This exceptional value includes membership for 16 months, spanning two cycles of the ING Media Awards. Additionally, new members will receive a dozen Bridgestone Tour B Golf Balls.
- Referral Incentive for Current Members: Current ING members who refer a new media member who joins will also be rewarded. Both the referring member and the new member will receive a dozen Bridgestone Tour B Golf Balls. This incentive encourages our existing members to invite their colleagues and friends in the media to join ING and take advantage of this fantastic offer.
The complimentary golf balls will be distributed to eligible members in the ING Hospitality Room at the PGA Show in Orlando, scheduled for January. This annual event is a premier opportunity for networking and industry engagement, and we are thrilled to provide this added benefit to our members.
As part of the PGA Show held each January in Orlando, ING hosts the ING Media Awards program, which was established in 1994 to celebrate excellence in golf media. The awards recognize the best work from writers, radio shows, podcasters, TV Shows, publishers, and authors across various categories. Winners and Outstanding Achievers are selected by three independent judges per category, appointed by Category Chairs, who are in turn chosen by the Media Awards Committee.
Only ING members are eligible to enter this prestigious contest, making membership an essential step for those looking to showcase their work and gain recognition in the industry. The ING media awards program will start accepting entries on September 3. Deadline for entries is Oct. 11.
