Inntopia’s technology is reaching new heights in the golf industry resulting in promotions and a new hire for the Vermont-based tech firm with five offices across the United States.
Recently, Inntopia announced that Two Roads Hospitality has selected Inntopia Marketing Cloud for their company-wide CRM platform. With that news, a number of incredible brands joined our family of golf clients including Sun River Resort, Wild Dunes Resort, Lansdowne Resort, Carmel Valley Ranch, to only name a few.
“This recent growth in the golf world is leading us to recruit new talent to join our team, and make some important promotions. We are committed to continue to provide excellent frontline support and software development, and safeguard timely delivery of innovative technologies to benefit all our clients,” says Tyler Mumley, VP Sales.
Holly Baker was recently promoted to QA Analyst. Over her 11-year tenure at Inntopia, she has worn a few different hats including Strategic Account Manager and Support and Training Manager. In her new position, Holly is responsible for the CE Commerce team’s certification testing for new integrations and onboarding.
Patty Weber, another long-term employee of Inntopia, was recently promoted to Product Owner. Until a month ago, Patty was Implementation Manager, leading implementation efforts with onboarding new partners. Her vast expertise and broad experiences of the industry make her a perfect fit for her new position.
Stacy Crichton was recently promoted to Product Owner for the Marketing line of business. Until now, she was an Account Manager at Inntopia, with previous work experiences at Active Network, RTP, Intrawest and Springer-Miller Systems. Stacy’s new responsibilities will focus on development work that will continue to drive Inntopia’s presence and growth in the golf industry.
Kyle Opuszynski joined the Inntopia team as Onboarding Specialist for the Two Roads Hospitality team and is now transitioning to Implementation Specialist. Prior to joining Inntopia, Kyle was Account Director at Liftopia for two years, and Director of Marketing at Ski Vermont for four years. Her vast experience and deep knowledge of the industry make her a perfect candidate to work directly with new partners who integrate with Inntopia.
Finally, John Espelien was recently hired as Engineering Manager and joined the development teams on the Business Intelligence and Marketing Cloud teams. For the past 12 years, he worked for the Sajan Corporation as Senior Software Dev/Team Lead and then as Director of Software Development.
Inntopia is proud to continue to make important strategic changes and promote employees to ensure that both tech development and customer support continues to be above the notch as the company keeps on growing across all lines of business.
