After significant market growth in the US over the last 12 months, the radar ball tracking company will be present at the 2023 PGA show in Orlando
London, UK: One of the global leaders in the ball tracking space, Inrange® Golf, will be making their debut on the PGA Show floor in 2023, which sees the return of a host of big names like Mizuno, Footjoy and more to the show..
Inrange® Golf, headquartered in London UK, has sites across the UK, USA, Ireland, The Netherlands, South Africa, UAE, Indonesia and Australia & they have already lined up installations in Canada, Vietnam, Mexico & South Korea in 2023.
The technology business offers a fresh approach to the range tracking space. The Inrange system enables ranges to separately monetise three distinct customer demographics: serious practice golfers, competitive socializing groups and large multi-bay team events – where each bay plays as a team against other bays. No other system has the capabilities to do this and the versatility of their tech, along with the growing numbers in off-course golf activities right now, is one of the reasons why they are winning so many deals.
Not only is this all-round experience good for customers, it’s good for business too. The Inrange® software suite enables different pricing strategies for a driving range’s practice, entertainment and events customers, creating the opportunity for significant revenue growth.
Their clients in the USA range from commercial ranges such as Big Swing Golf Center in New Jersey, to high-end private clubs such as Boca West Country Club and Grey Oaks Country Club, as well as providing the tracking system for a 3-tier, all-out entertainment site in Indianapolis called Back 9 Golf & Entertainment.
This one-size-doesn’t-fit-all approach means that Inrange® works with their partners to create the right digital experience for their existing (and desired) customer base.
David Rayner, the global head of sales for Inrange® Golf explains:
“We’ve been to the PGA Show the last few years but this is the first time we’ll be showcasing the Inrange® digital range experience on the show floor. We’re looking forward to meeting range owners with all types of facilities and discussing how we can help them accelerate the growth of their range businesses.”
Inrange’s patented radar technology tracks balls more accurately than any other tracking system on the market and also captures shorter shots than other systems. This is key, not only to give serious practice golfers data they can trust, but also to unlock the wider demographic of players who might not have the skills to hit very far or on target.
By creating a stronger & more engaged practice offering for players, and adding the entertainment suite on top of that, ranges are seeing a strong uptick in foot traffic to their sites. This is driving significant revenue growth to the business, something that all facilities want to hear going into 2023.
