Position Summary
The Club Support Center is hiring a Director of Revenue Management whose role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic alignment of sales, marketing, and finance functions. By optimizing processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, the Director of Revenue Management will play a critical role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy and achieving business objectives for the clubs that we manage.
Primary responsibilities
Revenue and Strategy Planning
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of revenue reports at each club, including analyses of future earnings and associated expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and renewal.
- Collaborate with senior management to set revenue targets and establish KPIs to measure performance against goals.
- Conduct regular sales and revenue data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Sales and Marketing Alignment
- Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and efficient handoff processes.
- Implement and maintain a scalable lead management process, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies.
- Optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive qualified leads and support revenue generation efforts.
- Manage club sales teams with the goal of meeting/exceeding club revenue, prospecting, and new business targets.
- Drive results through others, manage team performance and hold the team accountable against business metrics.
Sales Operational Management
- Summarize and forecast on the state of the Club’s financial affairs.
- Preside over marketing budgets to set and meet goals.
- Communicate risks and profits with the Operations Team.
- Oversee advertising sales activities in the assigned markets; accountable for achieving/exceeding targeted advertising sales revenues for the market and for controlling sales expenses.
- Translate market business strategies into specific actions to generate sales and revenue.
- Direct sales activities and processes that generate new business and deepen existing relationships.
- Set sales goals and guide subsequent goal-setting processes.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and ensuring ongoing training and development of club sales teams.
Systems and Data Management
- Oversee the administration and integration of CRM and other sales and marketing systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems to provide reliable insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret revenue performance data.
- Ability to operate in cross functional environment.
