Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and ensure that every PAYNTR Golf customer receives the best possible service. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience. This role also will support order entry and customer service to our Territory Sales Reps and wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about golf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Order Assistance: Assist customers/accounts with order tracking, order fulfillment, product availability, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of PAYNTR Golf products and services to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and creative solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to help improve products and services.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing) to resolve customer issues or ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Data Entry: Accurately place wholesale orders, special orders, and tracking defective customer returns and promo orders.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or sports-related industries.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express information clearly and professionally.
- Golf Knowledge: A passion for golf or knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is preferred but not required. We’ll train you on everything you need to know.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and provide thoughtful solutions.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in documentation and order details.
- Flexible & Dependable: Ability to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
