PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Analyst that will oversee the development of engineering-focused communications materials, including the development of technical product content and writing clear and concise product summaries. This role will collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, and Education teams to help determine relevant product selling points for use in marketing materials and other training platforms. In conjunction with internal marketing resources, this role will also lead the development of engineering product presentations for use at company sales meetings and other internal audiences, including key account presentations. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

Support the engineering presentation needs of the Director of Product Design and others for upcoming product launches.
Develop technical descriptions and document specifications for use where appropriate in marketing material and sales-related communications.
Collaborate with in-house creative team (writers and graphic designers) on the development of visual presentations for sales meetings and key account presentations.
Work with Marketing/Communications/Legal to help define relevant and clear selling points for new product technologies.
Educate Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, and Training teams on product technologies/specifications and performance benefits.
Support account training and education seminars for visits to PING HQ.
Provide early analysis of key Innovation and Design pathways from the viewpoint of market success and consumer salability.
Participate in market research activities to generate knowledge and insights that will inform stakeholders for future product strategies.
Occasional travel both domestic and international as required.
Bachelor’s degree from a properly accredited college or university in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related, plus a minimum of 5 years’ directly related experience, two of which in a technical marketing role; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team skills with the ability to gain consensus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Experience with product and brand messaging relative to patent and trademark landscape.
Proven ability to manage, focus and lead small and medium cross-disciplinary business meetings.
Proven ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
Should possess a high level of familiarity with PING, Inc. product line, the game of golf and the Golf Industry.
Working knowledge of sales and product design.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word).
