About the Role: We’re looking for a Sr. Sales Manager with 5+ years of wholesale experience, ideally within the golf, sporting goods, or lifestyle industries. You’ll lead our sales team, drive growth across multiple channels, and take an active role in closing sales while managing your team. Your mission: Lead, develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key retailers, manage sales systems like HubSpot and Globe Trader, and ensure our targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Accountability: Drive growth through effective sales strategies, set high standards, and hold your team accountable with regular check-ins and clear communication of roles and goals.
- Sales Operations & Execution: Manage sales systems (HubSpot, Globe Trader, Asana), oversee task completion, and ensure profitability by keeping P&L on track. Develop and manage strategies, coordinate in-store activations, and collaborate with logistics for wholesale decoration needs.
- Relationship Building & Team Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with pro shops, key retailers, and distributors. Lead, coach, and develop your sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Align sales efforts with company goals, working closely with other departments.
- Channel Management & Sales Closing: Take ownership of closing sales across key channels such as Green Grass, Off Course, Key Accounts, Promotional, Specialty, and International. Ensure successful channel management by providing hands-on support and guidance to your team.
- Collaboration & Licensing: Identify collaboration and licensing opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage ongoing partnerships to align with company objectives.
- Trade Shows & Sales Leads: Plan and execute trade shows, manage sales leads, and ensure seamless coordination with logistics, finance, and marketing teams.
- Account Management: Develop growth strategies for each sales channel, strengthen account relationships, and expand market reach by identifying new opportunities.
- Market Analysis & Budget Management: Analyze market trends, forecast revenue, track performance, and manage sales budgets to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in outbound sales management, preferably in golf/sporting goods.
- Experience scaling sales teams in the CPG space.
- Strong leadership & analytical skills.
- Must be tech-savvy with strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Proven success in closing high-value deals.
- Startup mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time as needed.
