Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge Names Josh Brownell as Assistant General Manager

ORLANDO, FL – Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge announced today that Josh Brownell has been named Assistant General Manager.

Josh comes to Bay Hill after a three-year tenure as Assistant General Manager of the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa.  Prior to that appointment, he served as Guest Services Manager for five years at the Nickelodian Suites Resort and six years at Orlando Marriott Hotel Downtown.  His extensive guest service experience makes him a valued addition to a destination known for providing only the highest quality guest service and hospitality.

Josh currently holds the designation of Certified Hospitality Supervisor and Certified Guest Service Professional.  “We are honored that Josh has chosen to join the Bay Hill team, and we look forward to his leadership, sharing in his hospitality acumen and expertise in lodging and exceptional guest service practices, as he works with the team to achieve our Club’s vision and mission,” said Don Emery, President & General Manager of the Bay Hill Club & Lodge.
