With 1.4 million rounds tracked across 74 countries, the Rankings solidify its role as the most inclusive, data-driven resource for junior athletes and college coaches

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — Junior Golf Hub (JGH), the premier digital ecosystem for junior golfers, their families and college coaches, today celebrates the second anniversary of its ranking system. In just 24 months, the platform has established a global footprint, now benchmarking 75,000 active junior golfers and providing the industry’s most comprehensive, performance-based view of developing talent.

Since its launch, the system has aggregated performance data from 1.4 million rounds of golf across 28,000 tournaments in 74 countries. This data-driven approach has allowed the platform to become a vital tool for college recruiters looking to identify talent across a wider spectrum of competition.

“We’re always striving to create a more inclusive and comprehensive gateway for junior golf,” says Rick Dowling, general manager of Junior Golf Hub. “Reaching 75,000 players is a testament to the community we’ve built, and we’re just getting started.”

A key factor in the system’s rapid adoption is its commitment to inclusivity. Unlike traditional rankings that focus primarily on 36-hole events, the rankings incorporate both 9- and 18-hole tournaments. This captures talent earlier in a player’s development, providing visibility for athletes competing in events ranging from local U.S. Kids Golf tournaments to high-stakes USGA qualifiers.

The rankings now utilize a dynamic 12-month rolling performance window, down from 24 months, ensuring that lists accurately reflect a player’s current form. While the rankings remain current, the platform ensures that all historical tournament data is permanently archived, providing college coaches with a complete, transparent and long-term history of every player’s development.
