Kara will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Bernardsville, New Jersey, and will support projects across the United States, bolstering the firm’s precision-driven approach to golf course construction, irrigation design, and course renovation.
A respected Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional with a deep background in geospatial data, surveying, and project management, Kara brings nearly two decades of experience in civil engineering, asset management, and urban planning and automated map design. Her expertise in geospatial technology and data modeling will strengthen LaBar Golf’s surveying operations and serve as a key asset to the company’s renovation and irrigation teams as well as golf course project partners and clients.

O’Neill integrates mobile data solutions, GIS mapping, and field-to-office workflows to elevate planning precision and stakeholder engagement. Her recent work reshapes how geospatial data supports modern golf course construction, from pre-construction mapping to field coordination.
