The Butterfield Bermuda Championship winner earned his first win on tour battling through tough wind conditions and previous tour winners right on his heels for a chance to win the tournament. Unfazed by this, the first time winner finished strong with a 2-under 69 and earned PGA Tour status for the next two years.
