KBS GOES BACK-TO-BACK AT THE WASTE MANAGEMENT PHOENIX OPEN
It’s another WIN for KBS Golf Shafts, and the second in as many weeks for the KBS C-Taper Tour. This win comes at “the people’s open,” held at TPC Scottsdale, whose infamous 16th hole has become a party for everyone involved. This win did not come easy though, as weather played a large factor in the final round, along with a controversial ruling that left many upset and questioning the ruling all-together. Even with all this, the KBS player showed his resiliency and came out with the victory, securing his fifth win on the PGA Tour. He finished with a 17-under-par 267, winning by a total of two strokes. The KBS player has always played well at the WMPO, but was never able to convert his strong play into a trophy until Sunday. With the win, the player moves back into the Top-10 of the Official World Golf Rankings to No. 8 and is primed to have a major year!
