Another exciting KBS win at the Maybank Championship that came down to a nine-hole playoff! The player opened her week with a round of 70, followed by a commanding round of 64. Saturday, she shot a 69 and finished her final round with an impressive 64 to force a playoff. A 90-minute weather delay and stormy weather added to the dramatic finish. After eight holes of similar approach and unfortunate missed putts. The deciding factor came on the ninth hole, were the Determined KBS player drained a 6-foot birdie putt in the final minutes of daylight to clinch a 4th LPGA Tour Victory of 2023.
