KBS claims another title on the global stage. This past weekend 2025 Tour Championship, after years of close calls and consistent play, one of golf’s most recognizable figures finally broke through for his first PGA Tour win.
Navigating challenging conditions and a world-class field, he delivered a composed and commanding final round to secure the championship. After a great season of 5 top 10’s and had a career 6 runner up finishes, finally gets it done on the big stage.
While on route to the championship he led the field in strokes gained in putting at +8.14, and was 2nd in the field in average feet of putts made per round at 109’5” and also led the field in putts per GIR at 1.53 to cap off a great first victory.
