NORTHBROOK, Ill. – KemperSports, a leading golf, sports, entertainment and hospitality company, today proudly unveiled TrueDemand™, its new proprietary business intelligence platform aimed at helping golfers secure their preferred tee times at their preferred price at KemperSports courses nationwide. TrueDemand consists of four primary components, two of which include tee sheet dynamic pricing and a cutting-edge automated tee time booking assistant tool.
KemperSports’ tee sheet dynamic pricing model utilizes a golf course’s historical tee sheet data, weather forecast, existing bookings and other market conditions to provide players with greater flexibility and choice in booking tee times.
The automated tee time booking assistant revolutionizes the way golfers book their rounds by simplifying the process. Golfers can create future tee time preferences as far in advance as they desire. The system then searches the tee sheet for available tee times matching these preferences, sends a text or email to the user when the desired tee time becomes available and provides a link to book the round online directly from the course’s tee sheet.
According to the 2023 KemperSports Golfer Insights Survey, 54 percent of golfers are “eager for new and improved ways to search for and book tee times online.” KemperSports collaborated with Noteefy to launch the tool, becoming the first management company to introduce this industry-changing technology solution to its customers nationwide and make it easier and more convenient for players to secure preferred tee times.
