Duke ranked second in the field in putts per GIR with the help of his Sacks Parente Series 66 Mg flange putter
CAMARILLO, CA, – Sacks Parente Golf, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPGC) (the “Company”) enjoyed a triumphant moment this past weekend when Ken Duke, who plays with Sacks Parente putters, secured his maiden victory on the PGA TOUR Champions at the Shaw Charity Classic.
Duke, who joined the PGA TOUR Champions in 2019, celebrated with a passionate fist pump after sinking a five-foot birdie putt on the final hole with his trusty Sacks Parente Series 66 Anser-style putter to seal his win. Duke’s putting was on fire throughout the entire week, ranking him second in the field for putts per GIR. His terrific performance also earned him the top spot for the number of birdies, with an impressive total of 18.
With a closing round of 66, Duke’s one-stroke victory follows closely on the heels of Sacks Parente Golf’s August 17th announcement of the pricing for its initial public offering – a testament to the brand’s exceptional putters and growing portfolio of golf shafts and grips, other golf-related products, and the increasing market demand.
Duke has been playing with Sacks Parente putters since 2019. The Series 66 Anser-style putter features the Company’s patented Ultra Low Balance Point (ULBP) technology, defined as a balance point of less than five inches from the putter sole, which naturally squares and releases the putter head at impact. It is engineered to give players a better stroke, better ball roll, better distance control, and fewer three putts.
This technology incorporates proprietary ULBP ultra-light grips at approximately 33 grams and carbon fiber shafts at less than one gram per inch. The result is up to two times better feel and more control than any putter with a conventional steel shaft.
All Sacks Parente putters contain the patented ULBP technology, face-forward CG, and ultra-high MOI. Test results from Golf Labs prove that these putters help golfers make more putts because of improved swing path, improved tempo, more distance control, better head release/closure, and more putter head feel.
Prior to joining the PGA TOUR Champions, Duke played on the PGA TOUR, where he produced one career victory at the 2013 Travelers Championship.
