(CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.) – Keswick Hall – the renowned luxury boutique resort spanning 600 acres in the heart of picturesque Virginia Wine Country – congratulates Lauren Coughlin on her three-shot victory this past Sunday alongside playing partner Andrew Novak in the Grant Thornton Invitational at Tiburón Golf Club in Naples, Fla.

Coughlin, who signed as the official touring professional of Keswick Hall in January, and Novak finished the third edition of the mixed-gender team event with a remarkable score of 28-under par, setting a new 54-hole tournament scoring record.

“I can’t say enough good things about Lauren Coughlin; her talent and determination continue to shine on the professional stage, and we are proud to have her as a member of the Keswick Hall family,” says Rob McNamara, Keswick Club General Manager and Director of Golf. “This achievement is a testament to her hard work and dedication. We look forward to year two of our partnership and cheering her on throughout the upcoming 2026 LPGA season.”

A two-time LPGA Tour champion, Coughlin became a Rolex First-Time Winner at the 2024 CPKC Women’s Open and picked up her second career victory three weeks later at the ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open. Coughlin was also a member of the victorious Team USA at the 2024 Solheim Cup, finishing the biennial competition with a 3-0-1 record.

While the Grant Thornton Invitational does not count as an official LPGA Tour win, it caps another great year from the University of Virginia alumna. Coughlin, 33, secured 10 additional top-20 finishes during the 2025 LPGA Tour season and concluded the campaign positioned at No. 20 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.

“Winning the Grant Thornton Invitational with Andrew Novak really exemplified the power of teamwork and perseverance,” says Coughlin. “It’s a partnership that resembles my relationship with Keswick Hall, strengthened through mutual respect and support. I am incredibly grateful for the warm welcome from the Keswick Hall team this year and the opportunity to continue working with them in 2026. Practicing on the stunning Full Cry – the best golf course in Virginia – was instrumental in keeping my game sharp this season.”

Before joining the LPGA Tour in 2018, Coughlin put together a decorated career at the University of Virginia. She won the 2016 ACC Championship individual title to earn a spot on the All-ACC team, was bestowed second team All-America honors by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association in 2016, and led the ACC in birdies (114) during the 2015-2016 season.

Since its opening in 2014, Full Cry has received widespread acclaim, including recognition as one of Golf Digest’s “Best New Courses.” Full Cry is currently ranked No. 4 in Golfweek’s “Best You Can Play in Virginia,” No. 57 in Golfweek’s “Top 200 Resort Courses in the U.S.,” and No. 94 in GOLF Magazine’s “Top 100 Courses You Can Play in the U.S.” Keswick Hall previously received the prestigious Golf Digest Editors’ Choice Award for “Best Golf Resorts in the Americas” for seven consecutive years.
