KISNER, CANTLAY AND SCHNIEDERJANS ARE THE LATEST TO COMMIT TO THE RBC HERITAGE
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. — Patrick Cantlay, Kevin Kisner and Ollie Schniederjans are the latest PGA TOUR professionals to commit to the 51st RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing. South Carolina’s only PGA TOUR event is taking place April 15-21, 2019 on Hilton Head Island over the famed Harbour Town Golf Links.
They will join a field that includes defending champion Satoshi Kodaira and Team RBC Ambassadors Dustin Johnson and Webb Simpson. Team RBC Ambassadors and past champions Jim Furyk, Matt Kuchar, Graeme McDowell and Brandt Snedeker are also vying for a chance to win another Tartan jacket.
Cantlay is one to watch at this year’s RBC Heritage. He finished in the top ten in his previous two starts at Harbour Town and is currently ranked 19th on the Official World Golf Rankings. The UCLA graduate earned his first PGA TOUR victory at the 2018 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open and has carded four top ten finishes this season.
Kisner has finished in the top ten at Harbour Town twice in his previous six starts. The Aiken, South Carolina native graduated from the University of Georgia and has two victories on the PGA TOUR. The 2017 President’s Cup team member has carded one top ten finish this season.
Schniederjans was born in 1993 in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Georgia Tech and turned pro in 2015. He will be competing at Harbour Town for the third time after finishing tied for third in 2017. He has one WEB.com victory.
