KZG spares no expense in designing and manufacturing their triple-forged irons. Each billet of carbon steel is heated to extreme temperatures, then struck with a forging machine, and the process then repeated two more times. The result compacts the molecular structure so tightly thereby eliminating any air spaces or voids. The result is guaranteed repeatable consistency in every shot combined with a beautiful, soft buttery feel. KZG also tools it’s irons in one piece with the hosel attached to the head thereby delivering accurate feedback without any welding interruptions. Each Tri-Tour is then CNC milled, rather than hand ground, to avoid human error and achieve pin-point accuracy. KZG Forged Irons are bendable up to 5-6° up or down for loft as well as for lie and face angle.
The design of the Tri-Tour Irons is unique, offering three weight portals with 5 optional weight screws available in 1.5, 3, 4.5, 7 and 9 grams. With so many variables, KZG Professionals are able to alter a fade or draw bias, make clubs lighter or heavier, more forgiving and more workable, plus altering the trajectory merely by positioning the weights that produce the ideal ball flight for each golfer and their unique swing. The Tri-Tours are ideal for the mid to low handicap player as well as those needing heavier or lighter head weights as the weighting can be changed as much as 22.5 grams of weight per head.
