(LINCOLN, Neb.) – Landscapes Golf Management has named Adam Brandow as Manager of Training and Development to advance and promote consistent hospitality excellence across more than 60 golf courses, country clubs and destination properties operated by the company.
Brandow will focus on upholding best management practices which result in satisfied members and guests. Streamlining employee onboarding processes, guiding implementation of new technology, teaching proper personal interactions and smoothly transitioning new properties into Landscapes Golf Management’s revered culture fall under Brandow’s watch.
A 10-year company veteran, Brandow most recently played a critical role developing food-and-beverage programs. He masterfully oversaw new inventory management, point-of-sale and other back-of-the-house systems and was instrumental in creating Landscapes Golf Management’s innovative restaurant model resulting in more efficient and profitable operations.
“Landscapes Golf Management recognizes we are in the people and staffing business, and we value our members’ and guests’ time,” says Brandow. “That’s why the more our teams are extensively trained – to make life easier and more enjoyable for everyone – and aided by technology, the better the business results.”
“Adam’s personality is one that rubs off very positively on our team members,” says Mike Williams, Vice President of Operations of Landscapes Golf Management. “He is continuing our tradition of developing the best leaders in the golf management industry.”
Landscapes Golf Management is already known for leading the way in staff development. Its “LUniversity” online training modules, seminars, and one-one-one sessions with company directors and outside experts provide a foundation for resourceful operations and welcoming communities.
