LINCOLN, Neb. – Landscapes Golf Management – recognized among America’s most trusted operators of golf courses, country clubs and destination clubs – has been engaged to provide select services over multiple years to Bel-Wood Country Club (Morrow, Ohio), Falmouth Country Club (Falmouth, Mass.) and Fox Hollow Golf Club (Branchburg, N.J.).

The three club operations have the opportunity to leverage Landscapes Golf Management’s best management practices, specifically centralized services such as accounting.  The company’s expertise includes marketing, sales, financial management, golf operations, food and beverage, merchandising, membership development, staffing and training, agronomy, vertical and horizontal construction, and a robust “PoweredBuy Landscapes” purchasing program.

Bel-Wood Country Club is 30 minutes northeast of the Cincinnati beltway.  Opened in 1973, the unpretentious, family-oriented private club features an 18-hole, 6,116-yard, par-71 golf course that is beautifully tree-lined across rolling terrain with small yet undulating greens and three, daring water hazards directly in the line of play.  Pickleball courts, a pool, restaurant and other amenities make Bel-Wood the ultimate escape from the rush of daily life.

Falmouth Country Club is on the southwest corner of Cape Cod, Mass., close to beaches, cranberry bogs and other natural wonders.  Owned by the Town of Falmouth, the public club presents 27 holes of classic golf: the 18-hole, 6,665-yard, par-72 championship The Osprey and the nine-hole, 3,455, par-37 The Talon.  The former rewards shot-makers across flat terrain with quiet, tree-lined fairways and sprays of beach grass garnishing bunkers, and the No. 10 hole is home to one of the largest osprey nests regionally.  Food service with a back patio overlooking The Talon and a tent area accommodates 180 people, making the club popular for social gatherings.

Fox Hollow is about one hour west of New York City.  The public, 18-hole, 6,403-yard, par-70 layout is rife with elevation changes and fast, undulating greens.  Originally designed in 1962 by Hal Purdy, once a construction supervisor for legendary architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the course was completely re-modeled in 2000.  It is augmented by a driving range with 20 grass tees, bunkered practice green and spacious putting green.  In addition to hosting special events, the attractive clubhouse boasts a well-established restaurant with majestic views of the golf course.

Landscapes Golf Management will work in unison with Morningstar Golf, which leads daily operations of Falmouth and Fox Hollow.

“We see tremendous value outside our own company by working with Landscapes Golf Management,” said Matt Galvin, President and CEO of Morningstar Golf, a boutique golf investment and owner-operator firm.  “With a small portfolio of clubs, we can focus on delivering great experiences to our members and public golfers while relying on the expertise and greater back-of-house infrastructure that Landscapes Golf Management offers.”

“Golf course owners frequently contact us to help take their businesses to the next level,” said Tom Everett, President of Landscapes Golf Management.  “The drive and talent of our team members, who are obsessed with creating raving fans among our clients, are time and again recognized for doing just that.”
