LPGA TOUR: PORTLAND CLASSIC
The oldest non-major full-field event on the LPGA Tour – the Portland Classic – will be held at Columbia Edgewater Country Club in Portland, Ore., starting on Thursday. Andrea Lee looks to defend her 2022 title against a competitive field featuring two-time champion Brooke Henderson.

The DP World Tour’s Omega European Masters will be held at Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, this week. The European Ryder Cup team will be announced following the conclusion of this event, with the top three players on the European standings and the top three players on the World standings not already qualified making the team. Luke Donald will make his six captain’s selections on Monday, Sept. 4.

The Walker Cup will be held for the 49th time this weekend from the Old Course at St Andrews (Old Course) in Scotland. Held only in odd-numbered years, this tournament features men’s amateur golfers representing Team USA vs. Team Great Britain & Ireland in team play.
Coverage of the two-day event begins this Saturday at 8:30 a.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock and Sunday at 8 a.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock. Steve Burkowski and Brad Faxon will contribute to the commentary from St Andrews during the event.
