LYDIA KO WINS BMW LADIES CHAMPIONSHIP IN SOUTH KOREA WEARING SIGNATURE EDITION ECCO BIOM® G5

Ko Secures 18th LPGA TOUR title in shoes designed, inspired by her heritage

(LONDONDERRY, NH) – ECCO GOLF Ambassador Lydia Ko captured her second win of 2022 at the BMW Ladies Championship on Sunday.

Wearing her signature ECCO BIOM® G5, Lydia opened up with consecutive rounds of 68. A 66 on Saturday set her up for asizzling seven-under-par 65 on Sunday to win by four. This was Lydia’s first win in her country of birth, South Korea only a couple hours away from where she was born.

“It means a lot to win in Korea,” said Ko. “More than ever, I really want to win in Korea once before my career is done. To be able todo it with a few of my relatives here means a lot. A win is special in its own way. This is one to cherish.”
